What’s Included in Essentials

  • Full access to your chosen building (Pine Haven or The Grand)
  • Outdoor lakefront ceremony site w/ chairs (or indoor alternative)
  • Tables & chairs supplied (up to guest count)
  • On-site bridal suite (Off-Site groom suite in 2026 available as add-on. Onsite Groom Suite included for 2027)
  • Self-managed parking (parking attendant available as add-on)
  • 1-hour weekday only rehearsal slot

Note: Pine Haven offers comfortable seating for up to 120 guests, while The Grand accommodates up to 350 with ease. We’re happy to accommodate higher guest counts through creative outdoor ceremony or reception overflow options and fully customized planning.
